Yoga Nidra Guided Meditation
Yoga Nidra or "yogic sleep" is a method
of consciously being led into an awakened state of deep relaxation.
Though the use of guided visualization you will be invited to release not only
the physical tension in the body but also the tension and strain that we can
store on the mental and emotional levels. Feel free to bring a pillow for your
comfort and let Kat's soothing voice take you on a journey into a profound
state of comfort and relaxation.
